Some of the Seine’s most beautiful meanders have long been invisible, except to those lucky enough to sail the river.
Now, however, it’s possible to enjoy a wonderful ride in optimal conditions: the former towpath that runs alongside the Seine between Caudebec-en-Caux and Petiville has been converted into a greenway for the exclusive use of pedestrians, people with reduced mobility, cyclists, rollerbladers and skateboarders.
This 15 km stretch of La Seine à Vélo® is a delightful walk to be enjoyed all year round, admiring the boats and nature in all their splendour.
Fields of wheat and flax, ducks and swans, woods and meadows, an ancient lock… You’re immersed in the heart of the Seine Valley.
