The concept
Take a village square (not too big, the village) or, failing that, a vacant lot that can accommodate large tables, benches and chairs. All around, local producers. Really local, with their cheeses, breads, beers, sausages, merguez, vegetables and, above all, their know-how. Add a good-humored orchestra, shake it all up and voilà, you’re there… Welcome to the guinguettes entre Seine et mer offered by Caux Seine Normandie tourisme, every year in July and August.
