This summer,Valasse Abbey came alive to the rhythm of the ‘Bulles d’été’.

Four Sundays of open-air performances, laughter and artistic discoveries marked the season.

Highlights of the 2026 event!

Four unforgettable Sundays, 12 artists and companies representing a wide range of styles, and hundreds of smiles:
Bulles d’été 2026 has once again transformed the Abbaye du Valasse into a magical place.

Music and song

Anna and Dorian: jazz, soul and funk
Joy Grace and musician: soul and gospel
Kecy O’CLAGAN Trio: pop-folk and Celtic sounds
Willy and the Conquérants: acoustic music and heart-warming covers

Circus, theatre and street arts

Compagnie Ebullitions: A wandering performance featuring giant bubbles.
La belle envolée: Improvisational theatre and the show “Arsène Lupin at the Abbey”.
Compagnie In Fine: Aerial dance
Duo Symbiose: A breathtaking acrobatic trilogy.
Ogyassa Company: A stilt-walking performance.
Prends-en de la graine: A poetic and interactive seed-sowing performance.
BIP (Poetic Intervention Brigade): A sensory stroll through poems and gentle songs.

A unique atmosphere

Between performances, visitors were able to stroll through the Abbey grounds, enjoy a snack at La Laiterie,
or simply soak up the summery atmosphere. Dogs on a lead were welcome,
for convivial afternoons with family or friends.
