The state forest located in the Seine Valley covers 7,500 hectares (18,533 acres) including the adjoining communal and private forests. It is named after Saint Condède, a British monk who spread the Christian faith in the region. Do not miss: panoramic views over the Seine Valley, the "Chêne Cuve", a remarkable oak tree with four trunks (plot 481), the Saint Maur Chapel (plot 41).
