The Chambre d’hôtes référence® standard enables guesthouses to be better promoted to visitors. This scheme assesses the standard of service offered by accommodation providers without, however, assigning a category, as is the case for furnished accommodation. At the request of the accommodation provider, Thomas Gramont, the assessor will visit the property to inspect the communal areas and guest rooms against a set of objective criteria. Cycling Accommodation, Hiking Accommodation, Horse Riding Accommodation in Normandy

Accueil Vélo This is a national scheme created for accommodation providers, restaurants, bike hire and repair shops, visitor and leisure attractions, and tourist information centres located within 5 km of a cycle route listed in the PDESI. It guarantees visitors facilities and services tailored to different types of cycling. The label is valid for three years and is renewable following an inspection visit. Rando Accueil This is a national scheme for accommodation providers located within 2 km of a walking route listed in the PDESI. The scheme is valid for 3 years and is renewable following an inspection visit. Accueil Cheval Normandie This is a regional accreditation for accommodation situated within 3 km of a horse-riding route listed in the PDESI. Values of the Regional Nature Park

The ‘Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional’ brand has both a national and a regional scope. It can be adopted by tourist accommodation providers, restaurants, leisure activities, and local and artisanal products. The brand may be awarded to any business wishing to commit to meeting the requirements of the framework and to sharing the brand’s values: The preservation and promotion of cultural and natural heritage The controlled development of local areas The promotion of local resources At Caux Seine Normandie Tourisme, if a partner wishes to apply for the brand, Hélène will attend their audit.

In 2025, many of you took part in the study tours. A look back:

12 May: boat trip on the Seine, talk by a lawyer specialising in tourism law, lunch at the Normandie in Caudebec
8 July: a visit to Dumesnil Farm with a meal on site, followed by a visit to the Juliobona Museum and the Roman theatre.
9 October: exploration of the Maulévrier Forest with the ONF, lunch at the Rendez-vous des chasseurs and a visit to the FXL art workshop.

Tourism breakfast on 3 June, including a visit to the Nadine Ledru gallery.

Further events are currently being planned; Thomas will contact the entire network of partners once the dates and activities have been finalised.

Partnership

This is the first step! Once you’ve got in touch with Thomas, a meeting will be arranged. During this meeting, he’ll find out about your tourism business and provide you with the documents needed to promote it across various communication channels.

All you’ll need to do is return them to us to finalise the partnership. With Caux Seine Normandie Tourisme, the partnership is completely free of charge.

Tourist tax

If you are a property owner, we will register you on our tourist tax management platform. This allows you to submit your declaration with ease.

Third-party digital operators (Gîtes de France, Abritel, Airbnb, etc.) pay the tourist tax directly. You will still have access to an account on the dedicated platform.

From January 2026, the Seine-Maritime department will introduce the TAD (additional departmental tax). This amounts to 10 per cent of the tourist tax charged.

Photography and video services

In this digital age, having high-quality photos or videos for your website or social media has become essential. Caux Seine Normandie Tourisme offers a range of packages to help you create stunning visuals and boost your marketing.

Caux Seine Normandie Tourisme offers its tourism partners a service to organise photo shoots of your accommodation. One of our agents will visit your premises and, over the course of half a day, photograph everything that makes your property unique. This service can easily be extended to local producers, heritage sites, restaurants or leisure facilities. The list is by no means exhaustive.

We can also offer a video and drone package.
