A simplified, illustrated guide to the destination is available.
Signs combining text and images are in place to help visitors find the shop and information areas.
Hearing impairment
The reception desk is fitted with an accessible and fully functional induction loop.

A place quai Guilbaud, dedicated to people with reduced mobility is right next to the Tourist Office.
Toilets
The Tourist Office does not have accessible and adapted toilet facilities for people with disabilities, but public toilets can be found on Quai Guilbaud, near the Tourist Office.
