The Chambre d’hôtes référence® reference system enables bed and breakfast establishments to be better referenced by visitors. This scheme makes it possible to assess the level of service offered by accommodation providers without assigning a category as is the case for furnished accommodation. At the request of the accommodation provider Thomas Gramont, the referent, visits to examine the communal areas and rooms on the basis of a grid of objective criteria. Consult the referential and complete the visit request document , to be returned to Hélène AUBRY: h.aubry@cauxseine.fr You do not need to be a partner of the Tourist Office for the qualification process.

Accueil Vélo, Rando Accueil, Accueil Cheval Normandie

Accueil Vélo This is a national mark created for accommodation, restaurants, bike hire/repair outlets, visitor/leisure sites and tourist offices located within 5km of a cycle route included in the PDESI. It guarantees visitors facilities and services adapted to the various types of walking. The label lasts for 3 years and is renewable upon inspection. Rando Accueil This is a national label for accommodation located less than 2 km from a walking route included in the PDESI. The label is valid for 3 years and is renewable on the basis of a control visit. Accueil Cheval Normandie This is a regional label for accommodation located less than 3 km from an equestrian itinerary registered with the PDESI. It lasts for 3 years and is renewable on the basis of a control visit. For reference and further information, please contact Thomas.

Regional Nature Park values

The Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional brand has a national and territorial dimension. It can be worn by tourist accommodation, restaurants, leisure activities, local products and crafts. The mark can be awarded to all professionals wishing to commit to complying with the requirements of the standards and sharing the values of the mark: The preservation and enhancement of cultural and natural heritage The controlled development of territories The enhancement of local resources At Caux Seine Normandie tourisme, if a partner wishes to apply for the mark, Hélène will attend their audit.

In 2025, many of you took part in our eductours. Looking back:

12 May: boat trip on the Seine, talk by a tourism lawyer, meal at the Normandie de Caudebec
8 July: visit to the ferme Dumesnil and lunch on site, followed by a visit to the Juliobona Museum and the Roman Theatre.
9 October: discovery of the forêt de Maulévrier with the ONF, meal at the Hunters’ Rendezvous and visit to the FXL art workshop.

Tourism breakfast on 3 June with a visit to the gallery Nadine Ledru.

Other events are currently being devised, and Thomas will contact the entire network of partners when the dates and activities have been finalised.

This is the first step! Once you have made contact with Thomas, he will arrange a meeting. At this meeting, he’ll find out about your tourist activity and give you the documents you need to promote it on the various communication media.

All that’s left to do is return them to us to finalise the partnership.

If you are an accommodation provider, we will take care of registering you on our tourist tax management platform. This makes it easy for you to make your declaration.

Third-party digital operators (Gîtes de France, Abritel, Airbnb…) pay the tourist tax directly. You will still have access to an account on the dedicated platform.

In the digital age, having beautiful photos or videos for your website or social networks has become incontrovertible. Caux Seine Normandie tourisme offers you different packages to have beautiful visuals and boost your communication.

Caux Seine Normandie tourisme offers its tourism partners, its services to carry out photo shoots of your accommodation. One of our agents will come to your property and spend half a day photographing everything that makes it unique. This service can be extended to include local producers, heritage sites, restaurants and leisure facilities. The list is not exhaustive.

It is also possible to offer you a video and drone package.
